The goal for this retreat is to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where frontline workers, community and church leaders, and educators, as well as family caregivers, are allowed to take a break, BREATHE, REST, RELAX & REFUEL. Thought leaders and experts, including mental health counselors, psychiatrists/psychologists, life and professional coaches, mindfulness coaches, dieticians, nutritionists,s and diversity and inclusion strategists, engage and educate the participants on practical tools and strategies to help them prevent stress, depression, burnout, PTSD, take care of self and refill their cup of love so that they are thriving holistically and happy while taking care of others.
