Dr. Eunice B. Gwanmesia is a Culture Strategist, international speaker, award-winning bestselling author, nurse educator, and healthcare leader with nearly three decades of experience across nursing, higher education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and community leadership.
She is known for translating complex workplace and cultural challenges into practical strategies that strengthen communication, leadership, employee well-being, belonging, and team performance. Her work draws from extensive experience in healthcare, nursing education, organizational leadership, caregiver support, and cross-cultural engagement.
Through Eunity Solutions, Dr. Gwanmesia designs and delivers keynotes, workshops, leadership retreats, professional development, and healthcare workforce education for organizations seeking healthier cultures and stronger teams.
She spent 13 years as nursing faculty at Delaware State University and previously founded Always Care Health Services, where she trained more than 200 Certified Nursing Assistants and contributed to Delaware’s healthcare workforce pipeline.
Dr. Gwanmesia is the award-winning bestselling author of The Power of Your Identity and the recipient of the 2022 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for more than 4,000 hours of community service.
