As the founder and CEO of Eunity Solutions, she partners with executives and organizations to develop inclusive cultures that foster innovation, leadership, and a true sense of belonging. Drawing from her lived experience as an immigrant and her extensive work in DEIB, Dr. Gwanmesia has made it her mission to address the challenges of cultural responsiveness and representation in the workplace.

In recognition of her commitment to service and community leadership, Dr. Gwanmesia was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award by President Joe Biden in 2022, having contributed over 4,000 volunteer hours to community initiatives. Dr. Gwanmesia is a member of the American Nurses Association and Delaware Nurses Association. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, as well as a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University.
