Keeley P. Mitchell

Keeley P. Mitchell, JD, MBA is an Assistant Professor in Business at Delaware County Community
College. She teaches in the areas of Business Communication, Business Law, Legal Ethics, and
Management. Prior to joining the Business Department as faculty, Keeley served as the Director of
Paralegal Studies at DCCC. Before going into higher education, she practiced as an attorney at some of the nation’s most prominent law firms, such as K&L Gates and Wolf Block. Keeley also writes and speaks on the impact of implicit bias in business and the law. Most recently, her article Intercultural
Competence: Why paralegals need this skill was published in the Legal Educator.
