H.M. Chief Methuselah Z.O. Bradley, IV, Esquire has been the Owner and Managing Attorney of Bradley Law Firm, a full-service firm located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, since 1978. Chief Bradley is also the Founder and President of the Bible College and Theological Seminary, Columbus, South Carolina and also the Founder and Pastor of St. Matthew’s First Baptist Church since. In 1999, Chief Bradley was invested as Dairamont Chief Nyagua Kanga Boima, III of West Africa and as Grand Chancellor for Africa of the Knights of Malta, since 2009.
Chief Bradley was awarded Elk of the Year, Annual Ball, Improved Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the World, O.V. Cato Lodge No. 20 in 2008. Chief Bradley has been a Member of Friends Hospital of Pennsylvania; received a commendation from then Mayor Edward G. Rendell, City of Philadelphia for making
the City of Philadelphia a sister city with the City of Freetown, Sierra Leone and for bringing the Sierra Leonean Secretary of State and High Lord Mayor of Freetown to the City of Philadelphia. In addition, Chief Bradley has received a commendation from then Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Robert Casey for work performed for the Black Legislative Caucus and the 201st Legislative District of Pennsylvania. In 1995, Chief Bradley was appointed Consul General for the Republic of Sierra Leone, West Africa and also installed as Paramount Chief Nyagua Kanga Boima, III, Bo Kakua, Republic of Sierra Leone, West Africa.
Chief Bradley has previously been appointed by Dr. Sudarkasa, past President of Lincoln University to the Entrepreneurial Board of the University. Chief Bradley is a member of the Baptist Pastors Associations of Philadelphia; the Baptist Ministers Association of Philadelphia, Star in the East Lodge #55, Prince Hall Affiliate and Member and Past Grand Exalted Ruler of the Improved Benevolent and Protective Oder of Elks of the World, O.V. Cato Lodge, No. 20. Chief Bradley holds a degree of Doctor of Philosophy and a Masters of Arts in Biblical Theology from Jameson College and a Degree of Juris Doctor from Hamline University. Chief Bradley holds bar admissions to the United States Supreme Court of the United States of America; United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
